Evidence and research review – Mentoring into education, employment and training

Early in 2024, our in-house research and evaluation team undertook a rapid evidence and research review, gathering information from across academia and other published sources to inform our understanding of how best to implement mentoring approaches which support young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).

The evidence review presents findings and summarises key themes which show promise as well as exploring those approaches shown to be less effective.
